It's the other way around . How will the stench of that river and the carbon monoxide,noise,debris from the highway affect the duped tenants of this mouse trap in the making ? How will the crime from immediate areas affect these new and approved residents ?

I totally support this. I live down the street an despite small city crime it's a great place to live.
The density will benefit everyone on the street!

I also hope the developer submits a new plan! This space is an awful eyesore. It needs to be fixed and I can think of few things that would not be an improvement.
