As I'm sure you are aware, TPD did place their speed sign on 8th street. Unfortunately, the information garnered from that placement doesn't show speeders on 8th. Of course, once you see the sign you slow down - however, since "proof" of excessive speeding was not shown, it is unlikely that you will be seeing a police presence
