I have called as well as reported this issue numerous times via see click fix to no avail. Most recently after a more than 9 foot long branch fell that was at its largest diameter 3". The tree is also cracking the road (lifting sections several inches)

As they fall, I either haul them to the side of the house or cut them up.
The last one fell more than a month ago.
