The Glenwood/Woman's Club operates a coordinated timing plan that time of morning. In order to coordinate multiple signals on a corridor and establish good progression through multiple intersections all the signals on a particular section of the corridor have to utilize the same cycle length. The busiest intersections dictate the size of the cycle length. The Woman's Club intersection is not the busiest so the cycle length may appear to be a little long. The traffic control staff will add a little more time to the inbound left turn movement during the early morning time frame but some delay can still be expected. Additionally, staff has verified that all detection devices are working properly.
