The traffic light that is located at Snyder Square (Giant) was there long before Giant was built. It was there when Clemens and Snyder's was there. Not a new light. As for the driveway by Snyder's, that's not why traffic backs up in Hatfield borough, it's having three stop lights within a half-mile of each other. The lights aren't in sync with each other, causing backups.
