Morning commute is a nightmare, peoples blood pressures go up and road rage occurs

The problem is the congestion past this intersection, the lights at Granite Dr, McDonalds and Riddle Ale House.

This short left-only traffic light is the single most maddening of all of the maddening traffic issues in Delaware County, which is no longer "country" but hasn't admitted so yet. Traffic backs up hundreds of yards at all hours of day and night at his intersection and the situation hasn't changed in the 5+ years I've been aware of it. Standing in line at a light costs money at $3 a gallon! WAKE UP, DELAWARE COUNTY AND PENNDOT! FIX THIS!
