I may have been slightly off with the address...I believe the address is actually 4003, in front of the 2nd house north of the intersection with Nottaway. There are wires sticking out of the ground where the pole was located. The pole use to be lying there, but it has been hauled away.

"Checked for pole hit, found no hit pole." That's because there is no pole there to see - there are bare wires, sticking out of the ground where the pole used to be in front of 4003. You will likely have to get out of the car to see it, right next to the curb.
