Of course the general panhandler problem continues -- in fact on a brief walk from the corner of Temple and Chapel to the corner of College and Chapel I was approached, not 1, not 2 but THREE times by panhandlers asking for money. Not food -- nothing said about being hungry and wanting something to eat -- just wanted money. I did not have the phone number with me at the time so no luck with that, and on other occasions it's just not always timely to be able to call. But I will call again in future... anything that will help curb this issue. But for now, I will close this issue because this issue specifically -- the guy with the red coat bothering drivers -- is over with. Thanks!
