Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I referred your post to the County's 311 call center which in turn conveyed the report of downed wires to the Pepco operations center. As of 3pm, County DOT reports 90 streets which cannot be cleared of debris until Pepco first secures downed wires. Communication with Pepco is ongoing through the County's Emergency Operations Center.
