Please put on top priority list for this repair to take place after an inspection has been made. Handicapped, seniors and children need even surfaces to prevent risk of falling.

Someone came out yesterday(9/20/18) to even out the surface, however, my request was for new pavement from the corner to corner. Not patchwork. It is not smooth and even. Please install new pavement.

Spoke to Public Works today and explained the rough shaving done to the sidewalk after inspection is not smooth or even and my request is for new pavement. The work crew is currently on Sherman Ave & corner of Elizabeth installing new pavement. A tree was removed some time ago and the roots continue to cause the pavement to become uneven. It was smoothed over in June 2015 and currently, it is highlighted with white markings at this time.

Inspected. Concrete sidewalk. Recently received sidewalk grinding. DPW will monitor.

Sidewalk grinding is not a safe walkway for elderly, handicap with stability issue or any person. It is not even. It will only get worse and deteriorate.

Concrete sidewalks. Fair/Good condition. Driveway apron patched. Residents Responsibility.

The sidewalk is gravel grinded and needs repairing, the gravel patch extends beyond the driveway. It is uneven and unsafe to for persons with stability issues. New plant boxes are being constructed all over the city and this request is being regarded as "fair/good condition". It is Not "fair/good" in my opinion. Please reconsider this request for new sidewalk in front of the home of 73 Elizabeth Street.
