Drivers routinely run the red light here on Lakeshore in both directions posing a hazard to people crossing Lakeshore. The pedestrian light will be green, the light for drivers on lakeshore will be red, and yet I see it almost every day, which becomes particularly dangerous when there are large vehicles parked so one cannot see any cars speeding through red. A radar camera on Lakeshore at Hanover cross street would help mitigate this issue and make the City of Oakland money in the process.
