I live at 2229 Ridge Place SE, Washington DC 20020 and I have noticed the same pattern of construction activity and noise outside of normal, legal construction hours. In addition, the 2200 block of Ridge Place has been extremely impacted by the volume of construction traffic entering and departing the construction site, considerable more dirt and debris, and residual construction related material. The community has a right to know the details of this construction project and it’s impact on the immediate surrounding neighborhoods.
