Can you explain how you are monitoring?

It has been 9 months since the last communication regarding a no turn on red sign at WB Walton to NB Adams, and the traffic has steadily increased. Has the County monitored it recently?

Anyone else had a problem either turning into or out of the Village of Rochester Hills or Trader Joe's parking lots within the last 6-8 months?? A 'no turn on red' sign would definitely provide enough of a break in the traffic headed North on Adams from westbound Walton to allow cars to safely enter and exit the parking lots from these two shopping centers as well as the Shell gas station, CVS, Chase and Charter One.

Has anything changed with consideration of this proposal? Looks like the Road Commission weighed in back in 2013 that it was being monitored. It since has got worse along this stretch of road and something needs to happen.

No word from the road commission on this since they were supposedly monitoring the situation. I'm not sure if they are even on this site anymore. I still believe that it's the right solution. I'd like to hear what others have to say on this.

It is so difficult to turn left going south on Adams, north of Walton into the bank, gas station and the Village. No Turn on Red at westbound Walton would provide a break in traffic. It's a mess.

BW resident, i couldn't agree more with you. Maybe the City can provide some guidance or direction on how to pursue this needed change before someone is seriously hurt or worse.

If anyone from the OCRC is monitoring, it was stated in 2013 that you were monitoring and that a change was being considered. It's now 2016 and the traffic has got worse and the the amounts of near miss accidents I've either personally witnessed or experienced have been much more frequent. Even as of yesterday. What does it take to get some action?
