That bridge is so narrow, I'd just ride on the sidewalk. Sure its illegal, but I'd rather get ticketed than be hit by some car becuase the lanes are so narrow. Yep, the storm drains could swallow a bike tire with ease.

Because this is new infrastructure, this will never get fixed. We need to stop this type of extrememly dangerous grating from being installed in the first place. I have no idea why municipal governments think this stuff is still ok to use. I'm giving up...just close this ticket. Sucks.
