This is the 2nd time the owner of these apartments has left an abandoned refrigerator on the sidewalk! The door is still on and a child could get trapped inside. It is right next to a park where small children play. Fix this and fine the owner!

Hi, yes that is pretty outrageous. In the mean time i would suggest one of the following: 1) Politely confront the owner and ask him/her to address this or if you dont feel comfortable doing this then 2) taping a note tot he fridge addressing the issue to the owner. Also, i suggest for you to tape the door in the mean time. Lastly, call the Bridgeport blight office.
