YES!

We have same problem with pits on hallock ave.. their dog attacked a dog on leash walked by owner, they jumped the fence, police got involved but did nothing, these dogs bark all the time, you can hear the sound of fighting, they wine allot cus sometimes left out in the rain...very sad. Beige house... always hearing people yelling telling dogs to shut up, when anyone is in their back yard they'll bark
and growl at them, they are very scary.
They have jumped fence and chased
people also.. scary dogs, but also very sad.

No that isn't the house with two pit bull . What is wrong with the pit bull?

Chris there are no pit bulls bulls at 82 fourth street. The tenants at 77 have pit bulls but are responsible dog owners. Dogs are leashed and only walked one at a time. Tenants at 79 have a pit also, however are not as responsible on account they don't leash the dog

So could Joker clarify/verify where the 2 dogs are housed that attacked the small dog? Otherwise this issue cannot be resolved since there are pit bulls all over the neighborhood.

There are two pill bull in a house across the street from this one you have in picture but don't know number and I haven't heard of any attack around here . I know they walk them on a leash . And never saw them to be aggressive . At least I haven't seen any but you never know with the way people handle their dogs . It wouldn't hurt for police to check did the person call the police when it happen? They may blame the wrong dogs.
