This light cycles even when cars are NOT waiting to pass. It can be on red on 1st Ave for a minute when no one wants to turn.

the light at this intersection is only 20sec for east and west bound traffic and there is many school buses in the area who must stop for the RR tracks which than makes the light a 10sec light with traffic backing up as far as church st.occasionaly the light will work which seems to be enogh time for more vechiles to move along.

This light went from flashing to cycles again and is now causing traffic nightmares. In addition, people who were used to driving through it are blowing through the red light on a regular basis!

Eliminate this light all together and install a Stop sign for Walnut St. Mittal doesn't use that entrance, and there is minimal traffic from Walnut St. The money saved for not having to repair that light could be used toward repaving 1st Avenue or clean the inlets at that intersection..

this light used to be flashing yellow for those on first ave which was great. the light will turen red for about 2 minutes just so one or two cars can turn off of walnut. Very annoying

This light has very little utility in that the traffic on First Ave is about 20 times that of the traffic on Walnut. Need to return to flashing yellow or nothing at all.
