My apologies, I am just seeing this follow up question. The intersection is noted on the map, Perry Creek Rd and 401. But I think it may had been fixed already? There was only one street sign (one for each street) when I reported this, and I think a street sign was added at the NW corner of the intersection. Not sure though.....thanks for checking!
