Both properties are un-kept with strewn trash, high weeds, abandoned cars. No occupants - owner in jail.

"CLIP" has a history of these properties but does not seem to follow up. The owners just thumb their nose at any type of enforcement.

This is a HEALTH & SAFETY issue for the neighbors who reside nearby. The city should clean them up and bill the owners.
