Concerns about overgrown tree who’s roots have lifted sidewalks and who’s trunk impairs visibility and safe passage for foot and motor vehicles traffic. It endangers human life and property. Tree is too big for such a small narrow street, it’s too close to the driveway entrance. While the tree may have been there before a home was built in early 1900, the tree is too big and needs to be removed or transported elsewhere- I suggest down town green which is quite bare-Perfect place for this massive elm.
