I agree. This homeowner is known to keep the propert cluttered with junk cars. There's even a toilet and oven on on the properly. Such an eye sore!

We have submitted this issue several times. Junk cars in back plus toilet and stove in front yard. This has been going on over 6 months.

There are several cars parked on the grass at this home. They are facing the street so you cannot tell whether they are licensed or insured. The back yard's appearance is that of a Junk Yard. There is a broken toilet and washing machine in the driveway.

I'm not sure why nothing has been done! I've heard several neighbors complain and I've seen reports being made but not sure why this homeowner is allowed to get away with this. This issue needs to be brought to Northridge HOA asap...this is ridiculous!

I noticed that as well which I also reported. I thought it was a stove and not a washer. The HOA needs to also intervene! Please reach out to rhe HOA if you're willing and I will do the same.

Please address this ASAP. Issues like this affect people's opinions of our neighborhood, negatively impact our property values, and violate our neighborhood covenant.

Nothing has been done. Numerous vehicles parked on yard, driveway and toilet & washer left outside. It violates NRHA,Inc. ACC & Macon Binb Zoning code!
Home bearby is Up for Sale & this junk is affecting the sale. PLEASE P&Z go do something about this!

WE HAVE BEEN REPORTING THIS ALMOST 2 YRS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM YOU. Should we ever expect any action or give up? This property gets worse and worse.

I agree Jay! I saw the homeowner Monday cleaning the driveway and thought they FINALLY decided to clean and get rid of the toilet, stove and junk cars that's been in front of the house for a year. When I passed by the house again the day, to my dismay, the toielt , oven and junk cars were put back where they were before. Such a disgrace that this has been allowed for to happen for this long. Its really making the neighborhood look bad. I really liked this community at one time, but because of this, i just want to move!
