When Traffic Signal is chosen the following appears
If there is a problem with a Traffic Signal, please call the Transportation, Traffic and Parking Department directly at (203) 946-8075 between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday or call the New Haven Police Department after hours or on weekends at (203) 946-6316. Please make sure to fill out the description field of your request.
After calling you can post to alert others and to have a record it was called in.

Thanks for the post, Ben. I'm closing this one out and creating a new request for this because, as previously outlined, our work order management system is unable to create a work order for our staff when the description field is not populated. See Click Fix is working on making this mandatory, but until then it would be a big help if you could fill out this field. We appreciate your help.
