This blue Toyota Prius (License 7CND107) has been a nuisance for many years on this street (450 Stow Ave... @ Wayne Ave). 2 blocks up from the Lake.
This guy continuously parks here in front of his garage driveway. However, he never pulls up straight into the driveway to park. This idiot rudely parks parallel with street, while blocking in the car parked in front & in back of it, because when he does so, he squeezes his car in-between cars to take it and they are not able to get out. Many times, he'll leave his blue scooter far from the corner curve to also save this spot, and make it bigger. We have left letters and the entire block is @#$%. Please let them know tht this is not cool. His opening is just not wide enough to do this, which shouldn't be our problem. He has his own driveway and garage but chooses to park like this every day, which is extremely discourteous to all of us!!
