This is the 3rd to 4th open request for this white van. It has been here since last December. Questionable activity - within 300 feet of the Lighthouse Charter School where Elementary children go to school. SMH.
Plus this Van is now missing it's license plate, garbage is piling up, red plastic gas can sitting underneath the van (not too smart), human waste nearby, etc.
This van is impeding egress traffic onto Hegenberger Rd. It's parked in a NO PARKING ZONE.
Please MOVE it. Multiple requests. Thank you.
