The sidewalk in front of the Bentley has not been cleared all winter. The sidewalk across the street has been cleared. Is the town responsible to maintain both sidewalks?

Ditto. The sidewalks on the southern end of Clifton County Road have not been plowed within 18 hours of the storm's end.
