OPD officer reports there is a large tree down blocking the street and the sidewalk on the north side of 23rd Ave just east of San Pablo Ave. Treet is 15-20 ft long and about 2-3 ft in diameter. There was no answer at 615-5566 or 615-5514. OPD incident 200617000556
