Vehicle hasn't been moved in accordance with street parking signs (No parking 12:30pm-3:30pm 1st and 3rd Mondays).
It's possible the owner just hasn't had time or ability to move the vehicle and I don't know their financial situation in these times but it doesn't appear the vehicle has been touched in a long time.
