When my neighbors and I were unclogging leaves from the storm drains after yesterday's storm flood, we found the drain directly in front of this house to be clear but not draining. So there must be a clog in the catchment below. This is the lowest point on Orange St. Could DPE send a vacuum truck over before the hurricane swings up here on Sunday?
