Excessive littering of beer cans, Stewarts coffee cups, soda cans, paper, used lottery scratch offs, empty cigarette
packs, loitering on Welles St., drinking, drug use. I am sick of the garbage and constantly trying to keep it cleaned up. I walk my dog every day and clean up after him. Sometimes at night there are people sitting in the bushes drinking. I should not feel afraid to walk alone at night in my own neighborhood.
