Tenants at 93 Windcrest Lane, SSF, are habitually smoking marijuana on their back deck. The most recent time was on 10/25/2020 at approximately 8:30pm. We live in a multi-unit residential neighborhood. When they smoke, marijuana smoke fills our home making it unhealthy and uninhabitable. The marijuana smoke adversely affects me, causing stomach pain and nausea. More importantly, I have a young child who is also affected. Please fine the tenants and/or landlord for continuously violating the South San Francisco smoking ordinance.
