The payment at this complex is in such bad shape he should be blocked of by the city. There is no reason the owner should be allowed to let this go. You have to ride your brakes driving through the complex.

I agree with you 100%. I once needed to turn around and made the mistake of pulling into the entrance of this apartment building. The drive looks like a war zone ,I don't see how anyone who lives here doesn't have suspension problems (and more!) with their cars. The situation is beyond ridiculous.
