Diana Lee Drive, the light turned RED at 4:10am with NO OTHER CARS on the side street.

Same light turn RED with no other cars around, at 4:08am.
I'll keep posting until you fix it.
Maybe 10 on you side might be able to help.

Same two traffic light changed to RED at 3:57am this morning (12/17/2020) with no other cars coming from the side roads..
