i'm sorry "there is no Bloomfield Avenue in Passaic. Bloomfield Avenue is Clifton

I reported this to Clifton and they said it is Passaic responsibility. See post http://seeclickfix.com/issues/46483. It seems like no one wants to take responsibility for it.

and if you read their post correctly it says they will notify Passaic County. We are City of Passaic. Location you are reporting is not Bloomfield Avenue, it is still Broadway. Both streets are county roads therefore County of Passaic is responsible for repairing potholes.
