I really need to pressure clean my house. When are new trees being installed? I’m waiting as my neighbor is, but I need to remove all the dirt and dust off from this past years road work etc on Ponce. Any thoughts?

Code Enforcement responded and found the address given is a residential home and the property is not in violation. There is a vacant lot north of this address and it is 1351 Pinellas Rd. This may be lot you referred to? The lot is borderline in violation. The owner will be contacted and followed up on. This may take up to a few weeks to get resolved. The tree bid will be approved by Commission on March 2nd. installation should proceed shortly after that.

Code Enforcement was able to contact the owner and he will be getting the lot cut soon. He advised his lawn service was supposed to be cutting it on a regular basis and failed to do so.
