The flooding is worse today than yesterday...and that was without the rain. I saw a woman walking in the street with her stroller, because the sidewalks are basically impassable. There are numerous schools near here, and it's scary to see the kids walking in the streets coming home from Uplift Magnet School!

I think I saw most of the students from Joan Arai school disappear into this earlier today... well, not quite that bad, but really folks... we need serious help here.
