I sit here around the weekends and roll back and forth over the (electronic signal) for more than 5 minutes (and there are no cars east/west bound on Mentor Ave. ) The light to turn left off of Palmer will not turn from red to green. Does not work early morning weekend hours; I have seen it work other times just fine.
