Every day, for many months, our neighbors have been blasting club music for hours (normally from around 5-8:30pm or so but also at other hours) from their outdoor speakers that aim outward — at our building and shake our windows. This is in the middle of Cleveland Cascade. They have not responded to requests to lower the volume or bass, primarily outside speakers.

Peeing on building. We saw a "coach" with about 5-6 young boys around 12yo tell one of them who has to pee to just go on our building. There's a slightly secluded entry by our garage. So the kid went and then went back and I asked them, as a group, not to pee on our building. Then the guy kept telling me not to talk to the kids, to talk to him if I had a problem... Which I was doing. I expect the same to continue, though. It's definitely not the first time.
