    Suspicious car severely damaged from car accident or maltreatment or sorts looks abandoned with trunk wide open on hurlburt and Spring with too dark of windows to see if anyone is hurt inside
    Called this morning to 911 went to West Haven Police Department...another issue in itself as it hinders emergencies but at 7:10 Police did not see this as an emergency and have not I repeat not showed up
    Why?
    What if there is a person in need of help inside?
    What if they are dying?
    Since we don't know anything about this car and all the crime that happens in this area.
    Why have you not sent a police car to the inner city?
    In downtown you run!
    In the inner city you don't?
    Get a Police man here we pay taxes just like every one else!

    We need a cop here to open the car and make sure no Human life is lost!
