The timing on this light has changed so that Solano Ave is getting unusually long green lights. Given the much greater amount of traffic on Curtola Parkway, that direction should, by default, remain green until traffic is sensed on Solano or the other, smaller street.

The Farragut squatters are back. Within 24 hours of the City clearing out and cleaning up the encampment at the Farragut school parking lot, there are at least 2 new tents set up than can be seen in the attached photo. Not to mention a collection of trash on the opposite side of the railroad tracks.

There is a totally unnecessary stop sign on the spur leading from Lincoln Rd East to Buss Ave. There is never any traffic on the intersecting street. Either convert the stop sign to a yield or move the stop sign to the the intersecting part of Buss Ave so it is the non-existent traffic that will be inconvenienced.

Numerous potholes up and down Perkins between Wallace and Georgia. The photo is of just 1 of about half a dozen. Not even the deepest one.

Cutting down the trees in the median helped with the homeless encampment across from Starbucks on Benicia Rd. But the stumps have started growing again creating a place where 6 -12 of them are now living in the center of the regrowth. It just needs to be trimmed down again.

Now we have intermittent gatherings (a few times a day) in the same general area. Today I pulled up to this (attached photo). Note the one gentleman with a can of beer in his hand. I asked them to leave and got the usual lip and threats but they eventually left. I then stenciled "NO LOITERING" signs on the property as the physical signs were lasting about a day and a half before getting torn down. Can we now get VPD to help enforce the No Loitering without my having to call them? They drive by this area at least once an hour anyway.

Problem with the traffic lights down from the Police station. The light governing traffic from Maine St is either getting stuck red or not in the rotation with the other lights. 2x in the last few days there has been a line of cars backed up while the lights cycle through all the other streets but the Maine light never goes green.

There are a large number of potholes (8+) that have opened up on Perkins Ave between Wallace and Georgia but mostly near the corner of Wallace.

A few months ago you sealed Benicia Road from Steffan St to the HWY 80 Overpass. The area in front of 656, 666 & 686 Benicia Road (El Tesoro Restaurant, Chris Club & Ben's Market) has failed and there are now deep potholes on the city street leading into the parking lots.
