    Over the last two nights several different dumping have taken place under the freeway. There are now mattresses, small appliances, kids toys and battery operated mini-cars, household trash. All scattered from 36th St up to Pill Hill. This trash is in addition to the homeless and their trash now setting up occupation under the freeway. Walking on the sidewalk is no longer possible under the freeway.
