The left turn lane is slightly out-of-sync with the "straight across" lanes, and RARELY empties during rush hour. I know this is a complicated intersection, and priority should be given to SR 19, but those of us entering SR 19 from Nebraska Avenue should not have to wait two cycles to do so.

Garbage truck emptying two dumpsters at 6:09am. I immediately turned on my outdoor light, which the driver saw because he changed his usual route out of the parking lot so I couldn't get a photo of his truck. This driver alternates between an early and mid-day pickup. He often comes in way too early. The parking area pictured (with circled dumpsters) is adjacent to SIXTEEN senior citizen's homes. The homes are pictured at the bottom of the photograph.

The building adjacent to the circle on this image has been under construction for several months. While under construction they have a temporary air conditioner in the parking lot (circled area) which cycles on and off every 10 or 20 seconds when it's not hot outside. This unit is practically in the bedrooms of all the houses on that side of Lark Cir. W. The building manager of that property has assured us that they will turn off the unit at night, but last night (3/29) like so many others they simply forgot. When we catch it early, we can call our property manager who calls theirs, who then calls someone to turn the unit off, but this situation has gone on long enough. We are getting tired of losing sleep over their forgetfulness.

No other category fit this case. There is a loose wire hanging from an apparent power line pole at the location indicated. I have another picture showing all the signs and numbers on the pole. Here's a link to it: https://ibb.co/Lh7LZ1B

The crosswalk for West Lake Rd, on the north side of Tampa Road never changes to pedestrian crossing mode. I sat for two cycles, pressing cross request several times, and never got the ok to cross.
