    Substandard "street asphalt patching" with the North bound lane. South bound is not any better. I have mentioned this for years! It is not Denver County, it is Adams County.

    From my perspective, as reported before on 3/4/2024, the traffic lights have not been remediated. This is an issue from North bound traffic on Lowell everyday from 4:00 p.m to 6:30 p.m. for vehicles turning West on 64th Ave and continuing to proceed North bound. Please show a legitimate effort to correct. As mentioned from my prior submission, I am willing to meet you at this intersection to point out these issues.

    The photo attached is old and structure torn down. Currently, this fiasco is an attempt to construct single family-multi unit (apartments). This project is not up to code nor will it ever pass any inspections. The project has stalled and hopefully any potential renters/buyers will steer clear from having anything to do with it. Please investigate and provide a detailed response. Thank you

    In dire need of re-pavement. Dips, potholes and very bumpy. The road is also unpainted. Unsafe for traffic especially motorcycles. Very neglected by the county. Please Advise.
