Parkesburg Streets Department

I'm not sure who repaired this issue a couple of years ago, but they need to be used to fill in the sinking hole that's still there. I don't see why the main street in town has such a huge sinking hole for so long. It's a disgrace!

This is one of three bridges that have been closed since I was a kid. No wonder the one shopping mall is completely dead now, and most of the main st businesses have closed. Seems like every year it's talked about with fixing these bridges and nothing ever happens.

This bridge actually was given $640,000 to start to be repaired so that it would be an at grade crossing. Like that's the safest option. This was supposed to start in February and be done by July. Absolutely nothing's been started yet.

Fix the 3 bridges!!!!!!

Large pothole, Route 10 just south of Route 372. Caused by running water from utility pole. Has been fixed numerous times, but continues to be a problem due to constantly running water

Parkesburg needs new sidewalks - you can't even take a walk without tripping over uneven surfaces. What happened to the government funding?

There is running water coming from around a utility pole on Route 10 south of the intersection of Route 372 causing a huge pothole. It has been fixed numerous times, but the water continues to run, and the hole continues to grow.

When going north or south on rt. 10, you can't turn because there is so much traffic and no arrow on the light to turn. VERY DANGEROUS

multiple potholes on west main street

Left turn arrows needed at this intersection. I have sat thru more than one cycle of the light many times with numerous cars waiting in line to make a left turn from Rte. 10 southbound to 372 east.

Since a new owner purchased this house, the yard has not been mowed. A concerned neighbor tried over memorial day weekend, only got through a small part of the yard and was run off by the owner. Look to the upper part of the yard where weeds are 12 - 36 inches tall and growing.
There are snakes, mice and a groundhog living in this yard. It is ugly and a danger to the many young children in the neighborhood.
