Glenwood Subdivision

Why do folks in my neighborhood have to "request" lawn waste removal? I've had three bags (now four) of yard debris sitting at the curb for weekly pickup. Your crews have missed the last THREE weeks. I've noticed by monitoring S-C-F that others only get debris removal by reporting a missed pickup. So, I'm "requesting" that you stop by, at your convenience of course, and pick up my debris. This shouldn't have to be this complicated.

Yard debris was to be picked up last week but was not. Many neighbors on this block of glenwood need debris removed PLEASE do this before guests come for thanksgiving

Houses are still flooding. Third time in 10 days. Something downstream of the new Forest Hill at Lockhapee culvert has to be blocked. Terrible. I have many pictures and videos I can share but can only upload one. Please help. Property continues to be damaged. Many people affected.

Branches left on bridge. No one persons property.

Removal of yard waste-Containerized. It has been out for 5 weeks and hasnt been removed.

Garbage is not being picked up on Fridays as scheduled. Neither is recycling. Bill should be reduced due to poor service.

Pot hole requires repair.

This pothole has been repaired twice in 2020. Last time was just last month Need more asphalt and/or better job packing it Garbage trucks tear spot up every week

A light pole was hit and completely destroyed! Whole poll and parts on sidewalk for walking and biking hazard and Liability to city!! Light being gone reduces need light.
Oh, did I mention all the electrical wires are coming out of the side walk and may be live and able to be stepped on!!

We're off to a bad start, and contrary to what you have written below, this is NOT an ADS problem. According to YOUR website, my yard trash was supposed to be picked up last week. It was NOT. Tell me again how you made anything better?
