Owner continues to use dwelling for business. detailing and washing cars from his dealership. Obstructing driveway with many parked cars at times. Parks cars overnight obstructing turning lane causing property damage to neighbors yard or county grass.

5261 Echo Ln Sarasota, Fl 34233 - Hurricane shutters are still up long after the hurricane scare which thankfully did not hit our area. The hurricane shutters are an eyesore to all neighbors and passing people. Not very safe either in case of fire or anything in that nature.

There are 3 poles the county installed in 2013 protecting 5200 Echo Ln water pipes. Today when I came home from work one pole was knocked over.

The poles were knocked down on 9/17/21 by a large truck. They are upright, but not steady. The county put them in back in 2013 to protect the water lines.
