Descrição

The landlord does not take care of the property. Trash has not been collected at this house for almost two years. The garbage has been stacked inside the garage...almost to the ceiling. The lawn is unkept. Dog feeces remains on the porch. Something seriously needs to be handled in this house or it will be overrun by unwanted rodents, if it hasn't already.

Three different neighbors have killed up to 12 mice found in their houses, garages and yards throughout the neighborhood. Mice are not a normal problem in the area but with the pile of garbage in the garage and high grass, the mice are taking over the area.

The lawn is high in front, but extremely overgrown in the back yard. Such an eyesore. The garbage still remains in the garage too. When is the city going to require this homeowner to clean up her mess?

The landlord has now begun to remove the garbage, but unfortunately is placing the garbage illegally into Larkmoor Elementary''s dumpster. It's about time she remove the garbage but unfortunately still is not doing the right thing by disposing of the garbage appropriately.
