I agree, same thing happens on the kirkland road, stop spending money by grading and lift up the old tar under the dirt and fix it right. At one time the whole kirkland road used to be a tar road, the city doesnt believe this, I have lived on this road for 50 years and i remember when the kirkland road was a main road and it was tar. If the city of old town should fix both of theses roads. if they sold the grader they could pay for these two roads to be paved
