Could I please have an update on the many service requests that have supposedly been made to address the problematic alley. This alley is used by 5 families and is MUCH higher traffic than the connecting alleys between 27 and 26 and 26 and 25th streets respectively. A few weeks ago an attempt was made to grade the alley, only the part that runs parallel to Reid Ave, so nothing was done to address the giant potholes in the portion of the alley that runs parallel to 28th st. This meager attempt at grading created ruts from heavy equipment that is just as bad. This DIRTY "recrush" mix is not going to hold up against spring storms and constant traffic. If a load of gravel is spread on top, it might stand a chance. However, the other section of alley still needs cared for and the malfunctioning apron on 28th street needs to be re-engineered, that is what creates the constant potholes on 28th st.
