Descrição
illegal fence was put up at the end of cottage st. owner thinks because he purchased both houses on both sides of the street he can claim the street as his too. by doing this he blocked the fire hydrant from having access which is extremely dangerous in an emergency. please have the fence removed. streets and fire hydrant are city property not homeowners. he has no right to do this. I live on this block and I now, no longer feel safe if an emergency was to happen.

I will refer this to the municipal prosecutor. I also questioned that fence, I don't think it's legal. It's been reported a few times, but no action.
