Please, city of Oakland help this people and help our entire community. We all need safe and clean streets.

The city leaders need to step up and quit making excuses for the homeless. This type of behavior is unhealthy to all , it's unsafe and makes W. Oakland look like the city dump. City leaders need to respect the concerns of the people who live near these encampments.

City of Oakland Public Works Department addressed this issue on 07/29/2015, service request # 593193.
